Microfinish is an AS9000:2004 Revision B certified aerospace component finisher. We currently provide our aerospace customers finishing services ranging from simple deburring to complexed hand finishing and blending. Our AS certification combined with our ISO certification provides the quality and lot assurance our aerospace customers require.

| Medical
Microfinish is ISO 9001-2000 certified to provide our medical customers the quality assurance and lot control they need for the successful finishing of their medical components and implants. Microfinish can provide most finish requirements from 1 Ra mirror finishes, brushed & directional finishes, through all abrasive blasted finishes. Microfinsh finishes femorals, hip stems, hip balls, bone plates, bone screws and many more implantable devices. In addition Microfinish can inspect, laser mark, passivate, electro-polish, and ultrasonically clean all components as required.

| Mold & Tool Builders
Microfinish can provide all mold and tool builders the finish they need on their tools regardless of the industry, tool material, product application, or finish required. Microfinish is ISO 9001-2000 certified, has an in-depth inspection capability with a CMM, profilometer, laser mics, and miscellaneous inspection and part magnification capability. Microfinish specializes in SPI-A1 & A2 finishes. With our inspection capability we can also size or insure a specific size is maintained on precision tools. Prior to final finishing Microfinish can also provide the necessary laser engraving for cavity or part identification, logo engraving, or any product instructions or information that is to be machined into the tool.

| Vibratory Production Finishing
Microfinish has a broad spectrum of automated tumbling and finishing equipment. Equipment sizes range from 1 cubic foot bowls to 100+ cubic feet automated straight-line tubs. In addition, support systems for media/part sorting, media sizing, chemically treating parts, and drying are available.
Microfinish stocks a wide range of media sizes and materials. Each application is analyzed and tested to insure we achieve optimum productivity and to maximize the cost effectiveness of the finishing operation.
Microfinish only uses environmentally friendly raw materials and chemicals. We have a internal water treatment system with high ecological standards for our waste water treatment and disposal.

| Specialized Automotive Components
Microfinish provides high volume production engine builders like Roush Racing, engine component finishing. Our combination of hand and machine finishing provides a bright mirror like luster to cast and billet manufactured engine components. Components include heads, intake manifolds, front covers, water pumps, brackets, pulleys, and small engine blocks.
Microfinish only offers this service to larger quantity engine manufactures and builders. We regret we cannot offer this service to individual engine builders.
